"“Thank you, Luke for making the Live Streaming so effortless and flawless for our team. It’s wonderful to find partners like you who make us look good.” "
Live Streaming for corporate events around the world is nothing new to Ground Floor Video, but it is a new idea to some of our clients. ARAUCO needed to communicate a very important corporate event in real time to their offices across North America. It was the reveal of new branding for all of their North America operations, including a new logo, colors, imaging and fonts. The video quality had to be broadcast quality and in high definition 1080p. Plus, it needed to be a simple, seamless experience for the remote viewers with no buffering or drop-outs of the live video.
“It was our first time using streaming for a rather complicated event where we had to connect more than 12 locations across North America with PowerPoint presentation, videos and different people presenting. Having someone like Luke and his team walking us through the process was key to the success of the event.” Sebastian Cremaschi – ARAUCO.
Planning began weeks out working with ARAUCO’s social media team, I.T. department and building engineers. Ground Floor suggested using ARAUCO’s YouTube account to deliver the livestream because it offered some level of privacy for internal company communications. By setting the live event to “unlisted” it was hidden from search engines so only those locations with the link would be able to watch. To ensure a high-quality viewer experience, Ground Floor provided a live test feed from their studio 10 days out from the event so ARAUCO offices could test the audio/video playback quality of their host facilites. The I.T department was able to address any issues in advance and guarentee the network bandwidth. An on-site survey of the corporate theater was completed to insure it met the proper requirements for audio and video connections. A design plan was created for stage layout, projectors, audience seating and presenter positions.
“Our approach is to make the livesteam experience as easy and turn-key as possible for our clients. We’ve been producing corporate videos for years so we begin with the basics like pre-production planning, client review of content and solid technical integration.” Luke Livingston – Ground Floor Video
On the morning of the livestream Ground Floor Video’s four man crew set up the equipment in the theater auditorium in time for a rehersal so Cremaschi could work with the CEO and walk through their presentations. In the afternoon they went live and Livingston switched between the cameras, PowerPoint screens and videos all while monitoring the livestream feed. The event went off without a hitch with very impressive new branding stealing the show.
“The technical competence of the team, attention to details and flexibility are things that we really value from Ground Floor Video. We were not just rookies on this but we also had to reschedule the event in very short notice due to hurricane Irma. Luke was able to adapt to the circumstances and deliver a fantastic product. It was a great experience working with him!”
ARAUCO is an innovator in forestry, renewable and sustainable products and energy. To work with this international company and provide a corporate livestream to their locations around North America was truly an honor. – Livingston

Advertising agencies need affordable, quality video production facilities. And in the Atlanta area, affordability is hard to find. They needed an experienced team, high end equipment and a large studio for green screen production.
Ground Floor Video provided the perfect location with our video production facility and studio. The New York agency team flew in and out in one day to supervise the shooting of two commercials for Cox Media. Using green screen, dolly and jib, and under the expertise of experienced director, Luke Livingston, the spots were a huge success. High quality at an affordable price is what Ground Floor Video is all about.
A Coca-Cola dispensing machine that will get you more than you paid for? Definition 6 needed an Atlanta video production facility that could provide hidden cameras for their client, World of Coke! The fun campaign labeled, "The Coke Happiness Machine" had already been done in other parts of the world, but why not bring it home to Atlanta right smack dab in the middle of the World of Coke? The challenge was to hide cameras in a very large, open plaza to record the reactions of people as they put money into a vending machine, but received instead cupcakes, bicycles, picnic baskets and flowers. Trying to get all of these spontaneous and hilarious reactions and then quietly explain while getting releases signed was quite a challenge.
Ground Floor Video met the challenge head on and placed cameras in bushes, trees, the machine itself and even in the backpack of the director who became part of the excited crowds. Twelve video production assistants posed as random tourists who whipped out their hidden releases to explain to surprised customers that they had been recorded. Three producers used cell phones to communicate approaching targets. For three days, the Ground Floor Video crew was able surprise unsuspecting Coke drinkers making the video a huge hit.
The Challenge: Financial planning commercials are on the rise. As more and more Baby Boomers age, retirement planning is becoming big business. Our client, Ty J Young, needed a commercial that would capture his genuine concern for people while outlining his vast experience and expertise in financial planning.
The Solution: Using our large Atlanta area studio and production facility, Ground Floor Video implemented a large green screen and custom graphics to create a national television commercial for our client. GFV also produced a marketing video to be mailed out to all respondents from the television ads. Measurable results is what we are all about at Ground Floor Video. This client keeps our duplication machines humming as we fulfill the orders from his successful television advertising campaign anchored by the television commercial produced in our Atlanta area video production facility.
Well respected as an expert in the field of raising children, Dr. Michael Popkin needed an Atlanta video production company to complete his training series “Active Parenting Teens.” This project needed four locations, a large studio, and over a dozen adult and child actors. With a long relationship already in place with Atlanta director Luke Livingston, Dr. Popkin knew that he would get quality, efficiency and value from Ground Floor Video.
Ground Floor Video has been the go-to Atlanta production facility for Active Parenting’s Video supplements for over twenty years. Active Parenting Teens, Active Parenting Step-Families, Active Parenting 1-2-3, and most recently, Active Parenting NOW have all been directed by Luke Livingston. Large scripts, multiple locations, including wardrobe changes, props and very detailed dialogue have presented no problem for the Ground Floor crews. As a video production company that can provide script to screen services, we were just what the Dr. ordered!
"Your work was truly exemplary, exceeding our expectations in every way...and the special touches you brought to the creative scenes made the production our best ever in 23 years. You were on time and on budget, giving us an excellent value for our production dollars. "
