Kitchen counter tops are not all created equal. A poor cut or install can ruin an expensive piece of granite. Premier Surfaces perfected the technique by using lasers to measure and cut countertops. They also photograph the stone, providing the customer a “first look” at how the pattern will look in the customers’ home. The problem was how to educate potential customers that the process is as important as the product.
